Today was a pretty slow day. Honestly nothing stands out, besides a wonderful lunch with a pretty amazing sandwich. It was from the mini-forno next door to the forno in the campo. Before lunch I had class, and then after lunch I had more classes. After all of these classes. Lauren made dinner for a group of us. It was some porridge polenta with sun dried tomatoes and some feta cheese. I am not sure what else happened today. It was kinda forgotten from the amazing time known as Cortona.
